Job Description :

              Should have managed teams of around 15+ people across multiple projects

•            Interface with multiple stakeholders from client to internal stakeholders from the initiation of the project till the closure of the same

•            Work closely with Program Managers and Implementation Managers to deliver to their expectations

•            Manager user expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects

•            Help define processes for end to end delivery of projects and work to deliver based on the same

•            Should be very well versed with Java, J2EE and Spring Framework; should have implemented at least a few projects using the same Tech Stack

•            Should be able to lead a team of Senior Java Core developers and should be able to contribute technically on individual basis too

•            Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle

•            Review the high level and low level design, and provide inputs to team.

•            Function as high-end expert focused on Java and J2EE technologies i.e. Core Java, J2EE, Struts, Design Patterns, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, Web services (SOAP, REST), Maven, Angular JS (version 5 or above),

•            Build and deploy: Expertise in Ant, Maven, Gradle and GIT. Should be able to provide inputs/changes to build and deploy process

•            Analyze requirements and change requests to determine the scope of work and estimate the level of effort for application changes.

•            Set coding standards for more defect free and maintainable code

•            Set higher standards for Unit Testing

•            Provide problem resolution support, specific to application issues; identify and resolve problems in application software, determine symptoms and ensures accurate problem definition

•            Articulate and maintain architectural objectives and metrics for the project

• SAP R/3 Data Archiving & Information Lifecycle Management tools, Data Retention Tool (DaRT), Document Archiving and Printlist Archiving SAP Legacy decommissioning using Dart, SAP ILM software & Open Text.
• Configure Retention policies, Audit policies based on legal requirements across countries with ILM system.
• Configure ILM technical configuration, Retention warehouse, extraction methods etc.
• Should have been involved in at least 2 end to end SAP Archival implementation and worked as a Consultant on SAP Archiving activities.
  Understand Business processes and Map or identify the archive objects required.
• Experience in Retention policy management
• Experience in legacy system decommissioning
• Expert in Creating archive files and snapshots
• Experience in Reporting in retention warehouse
• Experience/Knowledge in data destruction
• Hands-on on CDE (Context Data Extracter)
• Database growth Analysis, Planning the Archiving strategy, Techno-functional knowledge of the data dependent  tables for different modules in SAP.
• Implementation of Print List Archiving, implementation of Document Archiving, Implementation of Archiving object.
• Scheduling of archiving jobs and monitoring job logs.  Prepare archiving statistics.
• Monitor System performance and implement correction notes as applicable.
• Experience with PBS content link, Open Text, IBM common store will be an added advantage.

4. Design and maintain of the overall architecture of the web applications and platforms with a proficient knowledge of Java and front end tech stack like HTML/CSS/jQuery/JavaScript/Bootstrap

5. Implementation of a robust set of services and APIs to power the web application using various techniques including RESTful and SOAP, web services, etc.

6. Integration of the front-end and back-end aspects of the web application and content delivery systems

7. Proficient in working with Relational database and SQL queries. Ability to do basic DBA activities

• 5+ years of technical experience in MERN stack.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages in the back end (NodeJS, Python, Golang etc)
• Hands-on experience delivering microservices based architectures and design
• Hands-on experience working with Kubernetes based applications and container workloads.
• Cloud Native (specifically good experience designing 12-factor apps)
• In depth understanding of Contract first/API first design and delivery experience. Strong experience in API design (OAS, middleware, external vs internal facing, etc.)
• In-depth understanding of design principles.
• Good understanding of various data design and deployment options on cloud – NoSQL, Relational, Scaling etc.
• Good understanding of web application security and good practices
• Understanding of lifecycle of product development, continuous integration, and deployment
• Hands on experience working on Unix operating system
