Should have his own vehicle
B2B back ground
Should have Monthly or Quarterly Revenue targets (Which includes collection as well)
Should have min 1 year Experience in the current organization.
Should be able to get meetings on call from the clients.
Value of the product that he/she is selling should be of min 2 lakhs.
Presentable.
Can also be from Media Agency experience.
Avoid profiles who have gaps or stability issues, with your own or friends business exp mentioned.
