·  Should have his own vehicle

·  B2B background, Field Sales

·  Should have Monthly or Quarterly Revenue targets (Which includes collection as well)

·  Should have min 1 year of Experience in the current organization.

·  Should be able to get meetings on call from the clients.

·  Value of the product that he/she is selling should be of min 2 lakhs.

·  Presentable.

·  Can also be from Media Agency experience.

·  Avoid profiles who have gaps or stability issues, with your own or friends business exp mentioned.
