• Knowledge in CA IDM Concepts, CA Identity Governance, ldap

• Strong Experience in Core Java, J2EE, SQL, Kettle Script

• Strong Understanding of Identity and Access Management processes.

• Experience working with several Unix environments (AIX, Linux, HPUX, etc.)

• Experience with programming languages, including but not limited to Java, Web Service, custom connectors and java scripts development

• Ability to demonstrate analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, solution orientation in a fast-paced environment

Emcure requires an L2 level resource that would work with internal and vendor team to provide SOC support through the following:

· Proactive and Preventive Monitoring.

· Alert management.

· Security Intelligence

· Incident response

· Recovery and remediation

· Log management.

· Security posture refinement · Compliance

Experience in Zscaler, Splunk & Sentinel
Requirements & Responsibilities:
* Define, create, and maintain proxy policies
* Troubleshoot issues accessing URLs or websites
* PCAP capture and analysis, knowledge with authentication and SSL inspection, proxy automatic configuration (PAC) file, testing/debugging.
* Good knowledge on Layer 1-7, troubleshooting techniques (e.g., debugging latency issues, authentication issues, and application functionality issues).
* Experience with handling L1/L2 incident resolution and problem management

• Detailed Job Description – Lead the development and implementation of GRC frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Oversee vulnerability management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks. - Provide expert guidance on security policies and procedures to enhance the organizations security posture. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GRC practices into business processes. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. - Develop and maintain documentation for GRC processes, policies, and procedures. - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of GRC initiatives to senior management. - Ensure timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities to minimize security risks.

Eligibility Criteria

Required

1. 4+ years of experience in Customer Service for Large Customers, preferably in tech domain

2. Excellent Spoken English at B2, C1 or C2 Level

3. Proven experience in Digital Marketing role managing Large clients

4. Understanding of dierent marketing objectives to consult accordingly.

5. Experience in Google Ads (optimizing campaigns and improving ROI etc)/Analytics/Google Merchant

Centre.

6. Experience in using Google Tag Manager, site tagging & aribution modeling

7. Knowledge of front end technologies slike HTML/CSS/JavaScript

8. Knowledge of backend technologies like Node JS/React.

9. Understanding of APIs and functionalities.

10. Knowledge of CRMs like Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot.

New Hire Training (NHT):
• Utilize effective training techniques and create alternative training methods to deliver engaging and informative NHT and Refresher workshops.
• Design and deliver comprehensive training modules for new hires covering fundamental digital marketing concepts, tools, and platforms.
• Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to ensure new hires develop practical skills in all areas of advanced Digital marketing areas such as SEO, SEM, Keyword strategies, Ad strategies, optimizations, and analytics.
• Work closely with Communications trainer to ensure candidates are well versed with industry best practices in verbal and writing skills
• Assess trainee progress with assessments and provide constructive feedback to facilitate learning and development.

On-the-Job Training (OJT):

Client Engagement: Connect with clients as an advertising account manager, utilizing strong prospecting skills to identify new opportunities.

target audience, demonstrating an understanding of the digital end-to-end processes.

Performance Analysis & Marketing Advice: Work with clients to analyze their advertising campaign effectiveness and offer marketing advice, leveraging digital research to understand buyer personas and industry influences.

Web Communication: Connect with clients on web calls to create and optimize PLA ad campaigns, using strong video engagement.

Analytics & Metrics Tracking: Monitor and analyze ad campaign performance using analytics tools, tracking key metrics like click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend, showcasing agility and adaptability to market changes.

Budget Management: Understand and manage budgets for ad campaigns, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources and maximizing ROI, aligned with the execution of the digital sales strategic mission.

SAP EMW – Support Consultant

• Minimum 7 – 10 years’ experience as a functional analyst or business analyst with SAP EWM domain expertise
• Good experience in SAP EWM implementation and support
• Knowledge of integration between SAP modules including capabilities, limitations & best practices;
• Working knowledge and understanding of Handling Unit Management, Bin and Storage locations, Movement types, Picking and Putaway strategies,
•  Experience with EDI / SAP IDOCs and data exchanges in a logistics environment.
