Professional Qualifications and Skills
- Full time MBA from any top tier B School (preferably in Finance/ IT/ Systems/ Ops)
- 8+ years of work experiences
Must Have
- Great understanding and experiences in the order and trade management of equity, fixed income, exchange trades derivatives, OTC derivatives.
- Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis – business process definition, business process consulting, requirements gathering, Functional designs and specifications, product solution design, proficiency in writing complex BRD, FSD, user stories, As-Is/To Be Analysis, Product design and product roadmap
- A know how of digital themes/technologies in the context of digital transformation consulting projects
Big Plus
- Knowledge of trade life cycle in Commodity trading domain (Energy, Agri, metals, concentrates)
- Hands on experience on big migration program
