Retail /CPG/T&H Domain Consultant:

Looking for consultants with 3-6 years of experience for our Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel and Hospitality (RCGTH) practice. Experience in engagements with RCGTH clients and understanding of processes in one or more of the given areas is preferred - digital commerce, sales and marketing, new product development, R&D, store operations, warehousing, logistics, order management, pricing, promotions and loyalty. Job responsibilities will include,

• Lead discussions with clients and work in a fast paced environment
• Working in agile delivery programs as a product owner / process specialist
• Process mapping and requirements gathering, including defining user personas and journey
• Liaison with technology / product / data scientist teams, provide and manage functional inputs for the programs
• Provide business inputs  to programs around data analytics, data visualizations and reporting
• Helping with selecting technology solutions to improve business processes
• Participate and contribute to business development efforts
• Participate and contribute to practice competency development

Product Owner generic

• Performs as a Product Owner, liaisons between business and technical teams across multiple locations
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document product features and user stories
• Communicates story detail and priorities and ensures that the team aligns and agrees on a final iteration plan
• Owns Acceptance criteria of requirements and stories in a product backlog
• Supports in prioritization of product backlog items depending on their business need
• Collaborate with UI/UX Architects, Technical Leads/Project Managers and Business teams for project requirements
• Conduct Demos and presentations to various stakeholders
• Manage Impact analysis and communication, alignment of solution with business needs
• Own the Quality Assurance of product across releases
• Participate in the Iteration Retrospective, where the teams gather to improve their processes

Specific domain experiences needed

Retail Store

1. Possesses 6+ years of IT experience in Retail, Travel or Consumer Goods industry
2. Experience in Retail and Store design and planning

3. Extensive hands-on experience in any software implementation (POS, WFM, Shrinkage), and requirements management

4. Extensive experience in Agile execution and methodologies
5.  Worked as proxy product owners to understand and define strategic priorities/ product roadmap

6.  Liaise with Business Owner to identify business needs and develop suitable product portfolio.
6. Defining the features of an application/product/solution
5. Experienced as a User story author/Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner
7. Has the ability to break down Epics into User Stories

8. Participate in the sprint retrospective and identify areas of improvement, Demo sprint  output to client
8. Should have excellent communications skills
9. Takes ownership for key project timelines and deliverables from offshore

• Analytics Implementation:
  • Experience with tag management solutions like Tealium for implementing comprehensive analytics tracking across digital properties, including both web and mobile native apps.
  • Knowledge of data collection tools like Celebrus to enable and enrich data collection efforts.
• Analytics Tools:
  • Proficiency in using web analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics to analyze website traffic and user behavior.
  • Familiarity with customer experience management tools like Tealeaf or Quantum Metric is a plus.

• Proficiency in SEO reporting and strategy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients
• Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data and making strategic recommendation
• Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Should have more than 3-5 year of experience in OpenText xPression Technology - Understanding & Hands on experience in xDesign, xAdmin, xDasboard, xRevise 2) Knowledge in developing and documenting forms designs and form specifications, developing and documenting forms 3) Experience in xAdmin set up, design schema & reading definition, xDesign rules, variable data, repeating table, charts, reusable components, xRevise, xDashboard job setup 4) Knowledge to define the XML structure of the input file compatible for xPression, template migration to higher environment 5) Executing the Test cases and maintaining good quality Deliverable 6) Coordinate with on-site team and client to provide suggestion/or resolution of technical issues 7) Ensure the adherence of best design and coding standards 8) Provide status update to project manager & onshore team 9) Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.

Skill : Java Experience , AI enabled chatbot , Chatbot UX Writing, MS SQL Server

• System Design and Architecture:
  • Design and implement scalable and robust Moodle architecture.
  • Ensure the system meets performance, security, and scalability requirements.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation.
• Development and Customization:
  • Customize Moodle core functionalities and develop new plugins.
  • Integrate Moodle with other systems (e.g., Student Information Systems, ePortfolios).
  • Ensure compatibility with various databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
• Performance Optimization:
  • Monitor and optimize system performance.
  • Implement caching strategies and load balancing.
  • Conduct regular performance testing and tuning.

• Evaluates and measures instructional solutions to gauge effectiveness.
  Uses e-learning and multi-media authoring software programs to develop interactive training
  experiences.

• 4+ years of Experience In developing WebSphere (HCL) Commerce Development + Spring Boot.
• Essential to have good understanding of HCL/WebSphere Commerce functional and technical architecture (8/9), Framework, development environment and deployment Model
• Experience WC Data loads
• Design, implement and test web service applications for Order, Catalog, and Member modules
