·                     Proficiency in C++ on Linux: Strong experience working with C++ in a Linux environment is essential. Familiarity with Linux commands typically used by developers is a must.

• Strong C++ Fundamentals: Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), STL (Standard Template

Library), Custom controls, Data structures, and Design patterns.

• Memory Management and Multithreading: In-depth knowledge of memory management practices, multithreading, and thread synchronization.
• Project Understanding and Technical Expertise: Must be able to discuss technical details of the current project and demonstrate strong technical expertise.
• Unit testing: Must have experience in doing unit testing of the code. Automated unit testing preferred.
• Debugging: Must demonstrate good skills in debugging code.
• Product Development: Ideally, should have some level of conceptual understanding of the product development lifecycle.

• A solid understanding of Firewalls (Palo Alto) and IP networking and Internet technologies, either in Cisco or Aruba switch and routing platforms. CCNP or CCIE certification would be an advantage;
• Substantial experience in multiple network/network security platforms, including Wireless (Aruba), Aruba Clearpass, ACI, F5, Netskope Proxies, and NSX;
• Strong analytical, network and troubleshooting skills, with the capability to handle and take ownership of critical issues until resolution;
• Working knowledge of UNIX, Linux, Windows, SNMP, and Microsoft Active Directory is desired;
• Excellent communication skills and possesses a customer-focused with ‘service first’ mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure and when faced with adversity or urgent issues.

• 8–10 years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation.
• Experience in core Java development and the ability to analyse functional requirements and translate them into solution designs.
• Experience in SailPoint IIQ customisation, specifically in the creation and enhancement of workflows, custom rules, provisioning, and configuration of IIQ objects.
• Good understanding of the Agile development lifecycle and Scrum methodology.
• Experience with cloud technologies and an understanding of Java Full Stack Development is good to have, along with continuous integration and familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, Confluence).

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion, specifically in the accounts payable module in configuring payment process profiles, payment process request templates and business units.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify system requirements and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Expertise in Procure to Pay domain knowledge would be advantageous.

• At least 5 or more years’ experience in developing automated scripts, preferably Serenity, Playwright, or Protractor;
• Hands-on knowledge in one or more programming languages is a must and preferably Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Demonstrates knowledge of continuous integration concepts and tools (e.g Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.);
• Ability to develop complex automated flows using suitable data structures, conditions, loops, whilst applying strong analytical skills with attention to detail;
• Exposure to testing frameworks like Pytest, Mocha, Protractor, Serenity and framework design patterns such as Page Object Model;
• Experience with tools for testing and testing support including Sharepoint, Confluence, JIRA and Xray.

•          Serve as first point of contact to support Patients on Pre-test queries

Role

• Author Quality Control Plan (QCP) for the engagement in accordance with Natera’s framework

• Define potential quality metrics, collect metrics to prepare quality reports and identify trends and training needs for Pre-test Estimates (PTE) associates and ensure domain/developmental training needs are met

• Contribute to updating Natera’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) / training content as required

• Train, coach and mentor to contribute to specialized call handling knowledge to drive individual and overall quality performance of the engagement

• Design and review the quality evaluation form

• Facilitate internal and external calibration sessions if required

• Analyze quality related data points to recommend changes in process

• Maintain database of quality related defects / escalations identified internally and externally
