JOB DESCRIPTION
Cognizant Consulting vertical is a high performing organization with an expanding client base and is increasingly being recommended by analysts such as Forrester and Gartner. As a Senior Consultant or Manager Consulting, you will shoulder multiple responsibilities that range from analyzing a client’s business challenges/objectives and interviewing key client stakeholders to develop recommendations and chartering their digital transformation journey. You will participate and lead teams in both strategic advisory and transformation projects. Roles and Responsibilities include: Provide consulting services, while working very closely with our clients, helping them solve their most complex business and technology challengesDeliver outstanding client results, while facilitating client teams in implementing recommendations that drive a great customer experienceLead and support leaders in business development pursuits such as RFI/RFP responses and writing proactive proposalsWork as a product owner/product manager in agile based software delivery of business/IT transformation projects and manage a team of junior analystsLead Discovery programs across all geos based on client’s business ask around Customer Experience leversLead joint working sessions with clients, develop user personas and user journeys and construct business case scenarios in support of clients’ agendasDraw conclusions from the market / industry trends, competitor insights and support go to market initiatives for CognizantContribute to research and writing of Thought leadership articles/whitepapers and develop supporting collateralsProactively support team building and on-boarding efforts via mentoringConsultants must have good subject matter expertise on one or more of the following industries – Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel, HospitalityConsultants must have good expertise with Customer Experience enhancement projectsMentor and groom junior consultants on consulting skills, customer experience accelerators and on participating in RFP responses and discovery programs  
Qualification: Master’s in business administration or equivalent from a reputed college  
Experience
8-16 Years’ experience in Business Analysis/Product Management/ Consulting role (Retail / Consumer goods / Travel / Hospitality) + IT exposureWorked in Consulting or as an industry SME in Retail/Consumer Goods/Travel/Hospitality sectorExperience in handling large-scale transformation projects around Customer experience/E-Commerce transformation programs
