- We are seeking an experienced Webmethods Developer with a strong background in integration technologies and messaging protocols. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise integration solutions using Software AG’s Webmethods suite. This role requires expertise in APIs, messaging, and integration patterns, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Webmethods components (Integration Server, Designer, Universal Messaging, etc.).
- Develop and maintain APIs and services using SOAP and REST protocols.
- Work with XML and JSON data formats for communication and transformation.
- Implement and manage messaging solutions using JMS and MQ protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both production and non-production environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including integration flows, design specifications, and support procedures.
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in Webmethods Integration Server and Designer.
- Proficient in developing SOAP/REST web services.
- Solid experience with XML and JSON data formats.
- Hands-on experience with JMS and MQ messaging protocols.
- Good understanding of enterprise integration patterns and best practices.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of integration solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Software AG’s API Gateway and Universal Messaging.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Webmethods certification is a plus.
