Education : B.Tech/MBA(Preferred)

Domain Knowledge:

• Experience in Wealth Management projects
• Candidate should have knowledge and experience in broader Banking and Financial Services sector and related areas (such as Brokerage, Sec Lending/Borrowing, Private Wealth Management, Family Office etc)

Technology/Soft skills

• Good Generic Business Analysis Skills-Requirement Gathering, writing user stories, conducting group discussions.
• Candidate should possess excellent communication skills.
• Candidate must have experience working in Agile environment.

Technology/Tools:

• Certifications Nice to Have: Any BA certification (like IIBA), CSPO, CSM, Safe Agile certifications.
• Tools: Working on ADO or tools similar to ADO like JIRA, Microsoft Visio, Mural, MIRO.
• Overall experience: 5+ years
