1. Basic in knowledge & experience in user research, techniques, methodologies, task analysis.

2. Strong understanding and proactive endorsement of user centred design methodology while working on design problems

3. Experience with conceptual design and creative prototyping and implementation.

4. Ability to work with client and project teams to gather user/design requirements.

5. Ability to understand and communicate design rationale effectively, defend design decisions, and explain the utility of user experience methods

6. Ability to plan and prepare design delivery by shaping the creative direction into specific solutions, tasks, and deliverables.

7. Inclination to follow best in class UX design practices, trends and techniques

8. Ability to define information architecture & Sitemaps, create task-flows and task-analysis

9. Experience in Design Expert Evaluation techniques like Heuristics and acquaintance with competitive benchmarking

10. Knowledge in Design systems management, expertise in any platform design systems like ( Material, Lightning, etc ) will be an advantage.

11. Should have deep understanding in Accessibility.

12. Hands-On Experience with wireframe development tools such as Figma, Adobe XD is a must.

13. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (Understanding of Agile is a plus)

14. Experience in tools like Photoshop and other Adobe design suite tools is a definite plus

15. Ability to articulate aesthetic and visual design principles would be strongly considered.

16. HFI Certification will be strongly considered a plus
