Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the product team to translate business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, flow diagrams and finally production quality mocks for web, mobile web and apps.
• Should be able to communicate through mental models, information architectures, empathy maps, user personas, studies and market analysis
• Self-starter and thought leader; skills to take a product from concept to design and delivery without external guidance
• Well-versed with contemporary design patterns and best practices across web, apps and mobile web. Strong understanding of Android and iOS User Interface Design
• Ability to create clean, innovative and elegant information architecture for complex web and mobile products with micro interactions
• Attention to detail, strong design aesthetics and great communication skills, with an ability to rationalize and articulate your thought
• Maintain design consistency and coherence across the product
• Proficient with design tools such as figma, zeplin, photoshop, illustrator, sketch

Ideal candidate:

• 4 to 8 years of experience as a User Experience/Interface Designer in a consumer technology company
• Clear communication skills and an ability to tell compelling stories about your designs
• Demonstrable experience in working on web, mobile web and apps
• Graduation from a design course is preferred
