Requirements:

  • Experience: Must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in operations or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Software Proficiency: Knowledgeable and highly skilled in Smartsheet or Google sheets. Experience in creating performance dashboards is a must.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities without compromising on quality.
  • Detail-Oriented: A meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work, especially when reviewing invoices and POs.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all forms of correspondence and documentation.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, proactively identifying and solving problems without constant oversight.
  • Scheduling Prowess: Demonstrated experience in managing and scheduling meetings for multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Time Zone Alignment: Must be available to work during US Pacific Time Zone hours.
