Job Description: CSG Training Administrator
The CSG Training Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing content on our
learning platform, overseeing the refresh process for internal, customer, and partner
content. Responsibilities include managing the enablement calendar and Ramp page,
and overseeing the certificate and badging process. Additionally, you will coordinate
logistics for educational programs, collect and analyze customer feedback, and utilize
instructional design principles, along with Articulate 360 skills, to create dynamic
learning content. Your application of project management skills will ensure the efficient
operation of educational initiatives.
Responsibilities:
● Manage the upload and maintenance of content on our LMS platform
(Docebo)
● Manage the content refresh process on our learning platform for CSG
internal, customer and partner content
● Manage and maintain the enablement calendar and Ramp page
● Drive customer and partner content consumption on LRU
● Track participation and progress in learning programs
● Manage the certificate and badging process
● Coordinate logistics and scheduling for CSG educational programs
● Collect, analyze, and report on customer surveys and CSAT data, present
findings through CSG Enablement CSAT dashboard, and identify trends for
opportunities
● Utilize instructional design principles and Articulate 360 skills to create
engaging learning content as needed, including dynamic PowerPoint
presentations as needed
● Apply project management skills to ensure efficient operation of
educational initiatives
Qualifications:
● Strong skills in instructional design and content development
● Advanced skills in building engaging PowerPoint presentations
● Proficiency in educational technology and software, including eLearning
platforms (prefer Docebo experience)
● Excellent organizational and project management abilities
● Strong communication and team collaboration skills
● Experience in content management, logistics, or related fields
● Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
