Responsibilities:

• To do local development based on the Local Requirements mentioned in the JIRA
• To Interact and understand the nature of issue, to provide bug fixes for the existing L3 Developments which are in production.
• To interact with the IT Business Team to understand the Local Requirement
• To support SIT / UAT phases of the Local Developments which are scheduled for production release.
• To be able to interact with Business Ops to get clarity on the requirements if need be.
• Consult with the Business IT team and Business Ops on the Local Solution approach for the Local requirements / workarounds / Fixes.
• Actively participate in the daily scrum call
• Should be an active team player
• Should have a learning attitude and patience to handle the Business Ops team in terms of answering the queries / clarifications raised by the users.
• Do unit testing and get the test results verified by four eye principle
• Adhere and comply with the client’s process compliance on the L3 Developments if any.
• Provide KT to L2 Production support team for Post go-Live production support for the change request / fixes.

Requirements:

A Bachelor degree – Information Technology or equivalent qualifications

Knowledge of end to end Temenos Triple A / Wealthsuite components

Good knowledge of validation of data between T24 and TAP (B2F/F2B).

Very Good Knowledge of JIRA, HPSM, MS Excel

Experience and technical knowledge on Databases(Oracle) and Unix/Linux scripting

Preferably prior usage of Dynatrace and Splunk logs to identify/troubleshoot issues
