TAG Implementation Manager
Eligibility Criteria
Required
1. 4+ years of experience in Customer Service for Large Customers, preferably in tech domain
2. Excellent Spoken English at B2, C1 or C2 Level
3. Proven experience in Digital Marketing role managing Large clients
4. Understanding of dierent marketing objectives to consult accordingly.
5. Experience in Google Ads (optimizing campaigns and improving ROI etc)/Analytics/Google Merchant
Centre.
6. Experience in using Google Tag Manager, site tagging & aribution modeling
7. Knowledge of front end technologies slike HTML/CSS/JavaScript
8. Knowledge of backend technologies like Node JS/React.
9. Understanding of APIs and functionalities.
10. Knowledge of CRMs like Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot.
11. Troubleshooting skills using debugging tools (e.g. web browser consoles)
12. Analytical mindset and critical thinking
13. Prior experience in customer service and relationship management
