Job Description• Perform end-to-end billing tasks in compliance with approved billing policies & procedures, accounting standards, SOX, internal controls and within the approved service level agreements. • Assigned invoices may range from simple to moderately complex transactions. • Update client billing information and instructions and billing rates. • Gather and review backup documentations for billing purposes. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure invoices are submitted to the clients timely and accurately. • Distribute invoices to external clients through various distribution platforms e.g. mail, email, and client portal uploads. • Respond to inquiries and escalate issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution. • Participate in governance meetings with Operations Team and/or clients. • May perform other O2C related routine and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Billing Team Leader or Billing Manager.
