  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users, addressing IT issues, logging and tracking support tickets, and ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for complex problems.
  • Maintain knowledge base articles to enhance self-service options and efficient problem-solving.
  • Should prioritize client needs and be capable of working with users from diverse communities and cultures worldwide
  • Capable of flawless verbal and written communication with clients, while possessing strong technical knowledge.
