Level: SDM

• Should have sound accounting knowledge and domain expertise in at least 2 of the 3 towers i.e. R2R, O2C and P2P.
• Ensure 100% compliance to contract and executes to ensure 100% SLA’s are met month over month
• Self driven and motivated individual with proven track record in Finance and Accounts
• Lead from the front and actively involved in all team activities and customer calls
• Should have led a team of minimum 30 – 40 members across towers i.e. R2R, O2C and P2P.
• Collaborate with support functions like PEX, Training, HR and drive engagement within the team with single digit attrition levels
• Collaborate with PEX to ideate process improvements / Transformation and present to customer 
• Approachable to people and guide them for building careers.

Qualifications

1. Post graduate with 1-2 year experience as Service Delivery Manager

2. Willing to work minimum 3 days from office every week

3. willing to work 4pm to 2 am shift without exceptions

4. Good interpersonal skills, presentable and self-assured.
