What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance or a related degree with
  quantitative emphasis
• 1+ years of related work experience and demonstrated track record of innovation and
  impact
• Results oriented mindset with the ability to react quickly to requests in a timely, accurate
  and detail-oriented manner
• Experience using dashboards to monitor KPIs, identify and correct defects, perform root
  cause analysis on KPI misses
• Ability to independently collaborate with merchants and deliver results on tight timelines
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with speed and commitment to quality
• Proficient excel skills
• Strong oral and written communication
• Position may require travel
