| Job Description | • Developing and implementing admissions strategies to attract and enroll a diverse pool of qualified students, including targeted marketing campaigns and outreach efforts. • Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets • Self–motivated and organized, capable of Managing a high volume of customer interactions. • Analyzing admissions data to identify trends, track progress towards enrollment goals, and make data driven decisions to improve recruitment and enrollment strategies. • Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting will be an added advantage • Continuously evaluating and refining admissions processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall student experience and identifying opportunities for new Business Development through Lead Generation. • Reviewing database of prospect clients; maintain a database (Salesforce, Excel) of prospective client information and identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline. • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, enrollment management, and academic affairs, to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless experience for prospective students from inquiry to enrollment. • Inside sales & Outdoor meetings if required. Qualification: • Post-Graduates in Sales/Business/Management Stream.
