EC 

• 5+ years of experience as SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, Worked on one or more implementations and at least one support project.  
• Extensive experience in configuring work schedules, Employee Time profiles, Holiday calendars, take rules, Time account types, accrual rules, period-end processing rules, etc.  
• Strong Experience in Employee Central Module required.  
• Should have experience in creating reports for master data and time off. 
• Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes. 

RCM 

• 5+ years of experience as SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, Worked on one or more implementations and at least one support project.  
• Extensive experience in managing requisitions and offer templates. 
• Good experience in RCM to ONB integration process.  
• Should have deep hands-on configuration experience in candidate applications, Requisition templates, offer letters, integration with employee central, and onboarding.  
• Good Knowledge and understanding of RCM, ONB Reports  
• Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes
