SAP CRM Technical
Become and grow into an IT / Process Champ in the area of sales, service and marketing processes based on the SAP CRM standard software
Execute the delivery demands through application customization and configuration
Organize workshops / user trainings as requested by superior, provide support during the workshop and contribute as appropriate
Develops strong relationships with business teams and liaises with other IT functions like QA, DEV, Infrastructure and to ensure successful project implementation, and support for all other project activities
Prepare and Review test plans & test scripts
Experience in Sap EAI .)
Prepares high level and detailed technical specifications for small to medium complexity projects involving SAP CRM WEB UI, ABAP, and or Adobe Forms features according to PLC, security and architecture documentation objectives
