- Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant, are highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with a DevOps tool like Flosum would be a plus.
- Must have experience in using Jira
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar tool would be a plus
