8–10 years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation.
Experience in core Java development and the ability to analyse functional requirements and translate them into solution designs.
Experience in SailPoint IIQ customisation, specifically in the creation and enhancement of workflows, custom rules, provisioning, and configuration of IIQ objects.
Good understanding of the Agile development lifecycle and Scrum methodology.
Experience with cloud technologies and an understanding of Java Full Stack Development is good to have, along with continuous integration and familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, Confluence).
