Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of X years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with a focus on the automobile industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and processes, with a demonstrated ability to apply strategic thinking to complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices within a supply chain environment.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) preferred.
