Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:

   • Collaborate with the project management team to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
   • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and propose mitigation strategies.
2. Resource Allocation:
   • Coordinate with various departments to allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
   • Optimize resource utilization to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely project completion.
3. Scheduling and Monitoring:
   • Create and maintain project schedules, updating them regularly to reflect real-time progress.
   • Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying potential delays and proposing corrective actions.
   • Analyse project data to provide insights into performance and areas for improvement.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for project planning.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 Years of proven experience as a Planning Engineer in the civil construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
