Job Description

  • Understand end-to-end Organizational Change Management framework for Technology and Digital transformation programs
  • Collaborate with Change Management Lead, Project Leads and Project Sponsors to determine change management scope and effort
  • Apply Organization Change Management (OCM) framework, methodology and tools to create a change strategy to support adoption of the changes
  • Conduct Change Impact Assessment (CIA) to identify key impacts, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Work on Training needs with Change Management Lead, Project Leads and Project Sponsors to determine training scope and effort
  • Drive alignment across various stakeholder’s groups (leadership, business champions, change agents, Corp. functions, etc.) through the training curriculum and delivery activities
  • Determine the scale, magnitude and complexity of learning and development needed to achieve the future state model and formulate Training Strategy and Plan

·       Design a comprehensive training plan, considering needs across functional modules

·       Design role based learning curriculum

·       Collaborate with PMO and functional teams to develop a train-the-trainer program 

·       Work with functional teams on training material development and delivery

·       Recommend learning gap mitigation actions and learning support mechanisms

·       Manage training logistics and schedule

  • Work with key stakeholders to establish and maintain the commitment necessary to address transition challenges that might arise and implement change deliverables
  • Evaluate training program and mitigate the training plan as required

Skills Required

  • The desirable candidate will have 5+ years of communication experience on end to end digital transformation implementations.
  • The desirable candidate will have experience in leading change for major ERP implementations
  • Experience implementing change management plans utilizing multiple communication tools and techniques.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and key tools
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary
  • Experience  in leading training programs for major ERP implementations such as SAP HANA, SuccessFactors, Workday, and SalesForce
  • Experience in managing conversations and working closely with the functional teams to develop training materials and deliver train-the-trainer program.
  • Strong interpersonal and teaming skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary
  • Ability to assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, etc.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work through  ambiguous situations
  • Excellent business, communications and interpersonal skills

Experience:

  • 7 – 9 or more years of work experience in Learning and Development Area
  • MBA or advanced degree in related specialization area preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required with specialization certifications

Preferred

  • MBA or advanced degree in related specialization area preferred    
  • Organization Change Management experience in one end-to-end ERP implementation program  
  • Experience with delivering change management in an agile fashion
  • Change management certifications
  • Knowledge of Learning Management System
