  2. In depth knowledge in at least two of HCM Cloud Modules:
  • Core HR  
  • Absences  
  • Benefits  
  • Payroll  
  • Workforce Compensation
  • OTL
  • Taleo
  • OLC
  • Oracle recruit.
  1. Cloud -certification will be an advantage
  2. Very good communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
  3. Direct client interaction experience will be an advantage
