Job Summary: Highly skilled Senior OID 12c & OEM 13c Administrator to manage and maintain our Oracle Internet Directory and Oracle Enterprise Manager environments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle IDM administration, patch management, high availability configurations, and strong troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 12c and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 13c administration.
  • Experience with patch management and high availability configurations
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • OID Administration:
  • Install, configure, and manage Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 12c.
  • Perform regular maintenance, backups, and recovery operations.
  • Monitor and optimize OID performance.
  • Implement security measures and manage user access.
  • OEM Administration:
  • Install, configure, and manage Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 13c.
  • Create and manage patch plans for Oracle databases and middleware.
  • Monitor system health and performance using OEM.
  • Automate routine administrative tasks using OEM job system.
  • Patching and Upgrades:
  • Apply patches and perform upgrades for OID and OEM environments.
  • Minimize downtime during patching by using rolling patching techniques.
  • Conduct pre-patch validations and post-patch verifications.
  • High Availability and Disaster Recovery:
  • Configure and manage high availability (HA) setups for OID and OEM.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python).
