  • Job Summary
  • We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise-scale CRM deployments, deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring high-quality, on-time, and within-budget delivery.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and address issues and dependencies proactively.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Facilitate regular project status updates, steering committee reviews, and escalation management.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
  • Team & Resource Management
  • Manage diverse, cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical leads, developers, and QA testers.
  • Oversee delivery workstreams such as data migration, integrations, testing, training, and deployment.
  • Ensure coordinated efforts and timely deliverables across all phases.
  • Quality Assurance & Governance
  • Enforce delivery frameworks, best practices, and governance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and business requirements.
  • Conduct quality reviews and obtain formal sign-offs at key milestones.
  • Risk & Change Management
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks.
  • Lead scope, schedule, and resource change management processes.
  • Go-Live & Post-Go-Live Support
  • Manage UAT cycles, cut-over planning, and deployment execution.
  • Oversee post-implementation support (hypercare) and transition to the AMS/support team.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years managing MSD CRM / Dynamics 365 CE implementation or upgrade projects.
  • Strong understanding of CRM modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Azure integration components, and data migration tools.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience in onshore–offshore delivery models and both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
