Job Description for Sales Invoicing BA

Responsibilities, Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • MBA or similar relevant degree
  • End to end experience in energy trading/commodity trading lifecycle preferred
  • Product Management/BA experience in invoicing and settlements/Accounts receivable and accounts payable modules/processes in any ERP system (CTRM/ETRM experience preferred)
  • Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis – defining business processes, requirements gathering, requirements management and documentation, translating requirements into functional specifications
  • Should possess excellent written and oral communication skills and should have demonstrated experience in writing business requirement documents, functional specification document etc
  • Experience in using Jira and Confluence is a plus
  • Should have demonstrated capability of working in a highly collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in writing user stories, conduct story grooming sessions and assist development and testing teams on testing of features
  • Basic knowledge of SQL scripts for data extraction is a plus
