BA in Economics/Finance, Business Management, Marketing, or Master’s degree
(preferably in General Management/Finance/ Tech Management)

• 0-3 years of experience in a business systems or merchandising analytics capacity as a
  subject-matter expert
• Background in creating, managing to and improving metrics (KPI) using quantitative
  analysis
• Advanced experience with Microsoft suite of office products
• Proficient in SQL
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills to convey key insights
  from complex analysis in summarized business terms and an ability to effectively
  communicate with technical teams
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a driving passion to change, challenge, and improve
  current processes
• Position may require occasional travel.
