Merchandising System & Service Analyst
What You’ll Do:
• Promptly manage and resolve customer issues within Service Level Agreement (SLA) with a customer first mindset, communicate effectively with external partners to ensure an optimal vendor experience
• Learn quickly and understand current processes, proactively identify issues and inefficiencies, and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders to improve efficiency reduce cycle time
• Learn business processes and translate them to business requirements, user stories and system design to understand all facets related to development requests
• Monitory and understand product performance, identify improvement areas, and facilitate the improvements with stakeholders
• Autonomously complete tasks within the track owned for a given system
• Provides project stakeholders information relevant to make/influence decisions that may improve quality of applications
• Synthesize large quantities of complex data into usable/actionable information
• Provide support to end users as priority when it impacts business or provide a Standard Operating Procedure manual for systems
What You’ll Need:
• BA in Economics/Finance, Business Management, Marketing, or Master’s degree (preferably in General Management/Finance/ Tech Management)
• 0-3 years of experience in a business systems or merchandising analytics capacity as a subject-matter expert
• Background in creating, managing to and improving metrics (KPI) using quantitative analysis
• Advanced experience with Microsoft suite of office products
• Proficient in SQL
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills to convey key insights from complex analysis in summarized business terms and an ability to effectively communicate with technical teams
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a driving passion to change, challenge, and improve current processes
• Position may require occasional travel
Bonus:
• Project Management Certification
• Prior experience with ERP/CRM systems
• E-commerce background is a plus
