  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  2. 2 to 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in sheet metal design.
  3. Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD software.
  4. Strong understanding of material selection, fabrication processes, and manufacturing principles.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  9. Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings as required.
