Job Description:
The CSOD EdCast Platform Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of the EdCast Learning Experience Platform (LXP) integrated with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD). This role involves troubleshooting issues, assisting users, and optimizing the platform to enhance learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide first-line support for users experiencing issues with the EdCast platform, including troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
- Platform Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the platform is running efficiently and securely.
- Platform Management: Oversee the daily operations of the EdCast LXP, ensuring smooth integration with CSOD, good understanding of APIs

- User Support: Provide technical support and training to users, addressing any issues related to the platform.
