Junior Operations Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Day to day management of all aspects of the trust provisioning and PLM workflow for automotive products from customer request until release for mass production
Handling of the administrative work duties including change management related to the customer request and requested product configuration
Material handling, planning and tracking of the required activities
Active engagement with all areas of work carried out within the product operations and development team on multiple sites
Regular reporting and escalation as required
Continuous alignment with product management, marketing and sales
Ownership for the process and deliverables related to product sample requests
Maintain, improve efficiency and document the process/workflow of handling the product sample requests of customer through PLM related internal tools
Profile:
• Completed B.E/B.Tech (Electronics/Computers/IT)
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Hands on experience with CRM or PLM area for Security related products.
• Very good organizational and communication skills (fluent in English)
• Team player with good problem solving competences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of hierarchies and stakeholders
• Experience in semiconductor domain PLM area is an asset
• Experience with cybersecurity standards is an asset
