• 5-7 years experience within the IAM industry.
• Hands-on experience managing large enterprise-wide ISAM deployments across multiple environments
• Responsible for administering and supporting identity and access management systems,and configurations.
• Understanding of custom changes and extensions to IBM Security Identity Manager and IBM Security Access Manager.
• Good Working experience on IBM Security Access Manager components such as policy server appliance, authorization server, Web seal appliance, pdadmin tool.
• Knowledge of Single Sign On, various authentication mechanisms and authorization schemas.
• Working knowledge of WireShark, Fiddler, JavaScript, JAVA, JSON, PERL/CURL, XML, SOAP, WS-Security
• Design, create and maintain users, roles, security settings, profiles, workflows, workflow rules, and assignment rules.
• Working knowledge of LDAP or IBM Directory Server, WebSphere Application Server, IIS, IBM HTTP Server.
• Knowledge with different types of Web seal Junctions, policies and ACLs in ISAM.
• Integrating Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) directories with ISAM.
• Keen interest in providing best practice solutions for overall IAM strategy.
• Knowledge of basic security concepts (identity management, encryption using keys, SSL, HTTPS).
• Experience in performance tuning and problem determination.
• Production support experience in incident management, problem management and change management for IBM Security Identity Manager and IBM Security Access Manager related issues.

Nice-to-haves

• Preferred experience in technologies including ISAM, OAuth, Federation, SAML 2.0, OIDC, XML, JavaScript, HTML, TAM, LDAP, Git, x50.
• Secondary technologies include Python3, NodeJS, JSON, Ansible, AWS, REST, Okta, Linux shell, Postman, CyberArk, basic networking knowledge to include ISAM interfaces, Splunk.
• Experience with Splunk, ServiceNow, QRADAR, JIRA.
