| Ideal candidate would be leading Consulting teams who will be responsible for: Leverage deep expertise in serving process-oriented clients, especially within chemical manufacturing segment and provide tailored solutions that address their specific needsProactively identify and assess consulting opportunities within key accounts, leveraging deep knowledge of the chemical & process manufacturing industry, and understanding of client needs.Work closely with the Pursuit team and Service Lines in creating Transformation Solution/ Consulting PoV for large multi-tower deals Build and maintain strong relationship with key account stakeholders & practice leadership to drive Cognizant and Consulting salesLead the execution of consulting engagements, leveraging expertise to deliver innovative solutions that address client needs.Identify innovation initiatives within accounts, working closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, pilot and scale innovative solutions.Should be able to work with diverse stakeholders and drive consensus |
| Extensive experience working in chemical manufacturing segment – should have worked in a Consulting capacityExcellent customer facing capabilities, and an established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagementsShould have executed engagements spanning – Current state assessment, Process Definition, Roadmap creationGood understanding of Technology as applicable in above contextMBA with an excellent academic background (preferred) |
