Job Responsibilities and Expectations
- – Conduct quality checks on processed individual and group policy transactions.
- – Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Insurance Authority guidelines and internal standards.
- – Identify errors and inconsistencies in policy servicing and recommend corrective actions.
- – Prepare audit reports and share feedback with processors and supervisors.
- – Monitor turnaround times and service level agreements (SLAs).
- – Assist in training new processors on quality standards and servicing protocols.
- – Review customer communications for accuracy and professionalism.
- – Support implementation of process improvements based on audit findings.
- – Participate in internal and external compliance audits.
- – Maintain documentation of quality review activities and outcomes.
- – Collaborate with IT and operations teams to enhance servicing systems.
- – Escalate recurring issues to supervisors for resolution.
