| Job Description | 1) Customer usage data collection from > 100 end customers and around 7 platforms 2) Load the data in Non-PROD for validating the data accuracy and format 3) Resolve the exceptions either working customers 4) Load the data in PROD and start the customer billing 5) Calc the royalty based on the customer usage and royalty rates as per the contract 6) Work with CSM(Customer Success Manager) /CL(Commercial Lead) to answer any of the questions related to usage / pricing or billing 7) Upload the usage into PROD and complete the validation" 8) strong analytical capabilities 9) Be very comfortable in excel & processing large amounts of data within excel |
