Key Responsibilities/ Roles:

Estimation:

• Conduct thorough analysis and take-offs of project requirements.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labour, equipment, and overhead costs.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to gather relevant information for estimations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and market conditions to ensure competitiveness in bidding processes.
• Experience in preparing of tender for Govt projects will be added advantage.
• Ability to develop independently rate analysis according to project specific requirement.
• Through knowledge of IS codes and labour coefficient required in preparing of Rate analysis.

Contract Management:

• Develop and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with project specifications and client requirements.
• Review and analyse contract terms and conditions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to address contractual and financial aspects of projects.
• Monitor contract performance and implement necessary changes to meet project goals and client expectations.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and organized records of project estimates, contracts, and related documents.
• Generate regular reports on project costs, contract performance, and deviations from estimates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction estimation and contract management, preferably in the food and pharma industry and infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools, MS Excel, PowerPoints.
