The specific responsibilities of this role include:

• Deliver subject matter expertise of Office 365 and other related productivity and collaboration technologies supported by Cardinal Health
• Emphasis in architectural design, migration, security, management and support of implementations.
• Demonstrate consultative capabilities by providing value added information and complex solutions to clients for connecting technology and the business value of Office 365.
• Drive Office 365 adoption and lead technical effort to deliver productivity and collaboration solutions to the business.
• Lead and participate in ongoing Office 365 governance and strategy discussions.
• Stay current of all things Office 365, including changes & updates, roadmap & releases, and third-party solutions.
• Help troubleshoot complex issues escalated from less experienced team members.
• Document system configurations, standards and procedures.
• Mentor and cross-train other team members.
• Occasional night/weekend work to support project initiatives
• Participate in 24/7 oncall rotation
• Perform other duties as assigned.
