Requirement gathering:

  • Act as the Domain Expert and be responsible for defining requirements, analysis, planning and process redesign
  • Lead discussions to assess deviations between existing business processes

Support:

  • Support and trouble  shooting of the existing developed applications.
  • Recommend alternate solutions to accommodate software gaps.
  • Troubleshoots problems with Oracle SCM/Finance applications by working with Business Analysts, Engineers and Software Developers;

Finance

  • Expertise in Finance  modules AP,AR,GL and Fixed assets ;
  • Good experience in PL/SQL, Standard API’s, Open interfaces, Reports, XML Reports and added advantage will be Workflow and Forms

Supply Chain

  • Expertise in Finance  modules PO,OM,INV,BOM,WIP, Adv Pricing and good exposure to P2P and O2C cycles
  • Good experience in PL/SQL, Standard API’s, Open interfaces, Reports, XML Reports and added advantage will be Workflow and Forms

Application Development:

  • Expert in development and enhancement of RICEW /CEMLI objects
  • Experience in System Analysis AS IS , Requirement Study, Functional Technical Design Documentation, Test Plan Preparation, Unit testing, System Integration testing, CRP, UAT, Issue Management and Documentation.
  • Strong experience in Database Modeling and good knowledge in Oracle TCA.
  • Good Performance Tuning Skills and Debugging and Troubleshooting Skills.

Integration and Interfacing:

  • Experience of working with data mapping, data conversions, interfaces and validations.
  • Integrations of customized application with Oracle standard applications modules.
  • Co-ordination with various third party vendors during business impacting changes and deployments.

Training and Implementation:

  • Training users
  • Implementation of the applications
  • Technical documentation – Preparing, updating and uploading Knowledge Transfer documents in the project share point folders.

Support on Service Desk:

  • Ensure SD tickets are resolved within SLA’s
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is kept to at least 95%.

Team Management:

  • As a Lead, should be responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project.
  • As a Senior Consultant, should have depth and breadth of technical / functional/ domain know-how.

Should be able to work independently on defining solution for a mid side, complex projects or contribute to solution of a program.
