Work ExperienceA SME profile for digital marketing will have the following background – ecommerce manager, D2C (Appendix 2), marketplace, Amazon Ads, PPC, Performance Advertising, Performance Marketing PPC Agency, Google Pre. , preferred from business development/sales within D2C brands or supporting D2C brands via other channels / agencies.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesBuild solid relationships with advertisers, displaying a dedication to delivering first-class service and advertising solutions.Joint business planning with AMs for top 150 sellers (revenue backward)Build mechanisms to flawlessly execute end-to-end campaigns, liaising with advertisers.Effectively negotiate and align spends for defined cadence (week / month/ quarter / sale event).Setup playbooks to Analyze campaign performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations to increase efficiency, and meet advertisers KPIsPreparing comprehensive Case studies of advertisersHelping Account Managers with seller escalationsMonitor and communicate campaign progress to top advertisers through regular, in-depth activity reports and insights, using this knowledge as a basis for future campaigns.Collaborate with cross functional teams to Work on Action Items arising from weekly business reviewMonitor and manage budget drop for specific accounts under your purview.Troubleshoot any technical or implementation issues, collaborating with internal teams to develop quick and sound solutions.Co-lead monthly and quarterly reviews with advertisersConducting refresher trainings with new hired Account Managers and existing Account Managers.Identify skill gaps and suggest improvement plansTake charge of high value sellers and connecting with them to understand their needs and understand Manage their own seller cohort of 5 daily (P0 sellers)Work on strategies to reduce ACoS for advertising campaigns, analyze data and improve overall ROI on advertising spendEnhance performance of the teams, provide guidance, support to team members.
Eligibility● Minimum 2-3 years overall experience & proficiency in MS Excel reporting functions
● Must & should be open to work during weekends basis on defined roster/work schedule
● This is a hybrid Work From Office/ Work from Home role & experience
● Minimum 6 months prior Amazon work experience
