  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer with hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows. The role demands experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and administration, with a focus on Sales Cloud and the ability to contribute effectively to Agile teams and client-facing engagements.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Configure Salesforce components using Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, and Lightning Record Pages.
  • Build and maintain Apex triggers, batch jobs, schedulers, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather and implement requirements.
  • Create and optimize reports, dashboards, and other custom UI components.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Conduct code reviews and follow best practices for quality and maintainability.
  • Provide UAT and production deployment support.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce platform features, releases, and tools.
  • Must Have Skills:
  • 3–4+ years of hands-on Salesforce.com development experience
  • Expertise in:
    • Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Classes, Schedulers)
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Salesforce Flows (Screen, Auto-Launched, Record-Triggered)
    • SOQL / SOSL
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Sales Cloud
    • Salesforce Data Model, Security Model
    • Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, Lightning Record Pages
  • Experience in customizing Visualforce pages and building reusable components
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and App Builder certifications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across onsite/offshore teams
  • Good to Have Skills:
  • Experience in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Communities)
  • Familiarity with Agent Force and Data Cloud
  • Experience working with middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to implement trigger frameworks and scalable design patterns
  • Experience with Salesforce deployment practices (CI/CD, ANT, Change Sets)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce release management and feature adoption
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer, Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant certifications
  • Recent certifications like AI Associate, Data Cloud Specialist, or AgentForce Specialist
  • Certifications Required:
