- Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Implementation – Design and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions in alignment with business needs.
- Customization & Configuration – Develop and configure D365 F&O features, extensions, and customizations.
- System Integration – Integrate D365 F&O with other internal systems and third-party applications.
- Data Migration – Lead and execute data migration activities ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Technical Support – Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Performance Optimization – Conduct performance tuning and ensure system scalability.
- Documentation – Prepare technical documentation, solution design artifacts, and user manuals.
- Training – Deliver technical and end-user training sessions.
- Collaboration – Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
- Must-to-Have Skills
- Proven experience as a Technical Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong knowledge of D365 F&O architecture and customization capabilities.
- Hands-on expertise with X++, C#, SQL, and data migration tools.
- Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and third-party connectors.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services related to D365 F&O.
- Solid understanding of performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good-to-Have Skills
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Exposure to JavaScript for extending D365 functionality.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for D365 deployments.
