- Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Implementation:
- Lead functional workshops to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and system design.
- Configure D365 F&SCM modules, including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, etc.
- Collaborate with technical teams to manage customizations, extensions, and system integrations.
- Project Delivery:
- Drive full lifecycle implementations using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Conduct system testing, UAT, and support go-live activities.
- Provide post-implementation support and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Deliver training sessions and create end-user documentation.
- Advise clients on best practices, process optimization, and change management strategies.
- Functional Expertise:
- Strong working knowledge of D365 F&SCM modules, including:
- General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets
- Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Sales & Marketing
- Production Control, Master Planning, Warehouse Management
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of functional consulting experience, with at least 5 implemantation in D365 SCM,Manufacturing
- Strong understanding of finance and/or supply chain business processes.
- Experience in solution design, configuration, and deployment of D365 F&SCM modules.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for client-facing engagements.
- Experience with integration scenarios and collaboration with technical teams.
