We are seeking a Community Management Associate intern with a strong desire to pursue a career in
Community Management.
Skills:

  • Timely engagement with the audience in a private community.
  • Conducting content research to determine what and when to post in the community group.
  • Post engaging content that adds value to the private community.
  • Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products.
  • Provide community feedback to the management and stakeholders.
    Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Experience launching community initiatives
  • Proven work experience as a community manager
  • Degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Min. 1yr of experience.
