• Detailed Job Description –

Minimum of 6 to 9 years’ experience in Information Technology, Checkpoint advanced firewall solution design – implementation and administration, Providing operational and engineering support.
Very good understanding of PING, NMAP, and IP subnetting concepts and understanding of network and firewall architecture.
Understanding of Azure networking concepts and good knowledge of Windows & Linux OS.
Lead architect overseeing design, deployment, and operation of Checkpoint, CISCO and Azure Firewall security solution in a large environment.
Develop policies, procedures, and guidelines that govern firewall operation; Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Should be able to write HLD and LLD documents
Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA, Cisco ISE, and Check Point firewalls and Azure Firewall.
Experience with advanced Layer 3 and Layer 4 Packet Analysis.
Evaluate and Implement any changes required for the Firewall
Knowledge on Azure cloud platform and Checkpoint cloud security product.
Knowledge on Routing protocols – BGP,OSPF, STP, – MPLS
In-depth understanding on Cisco IDS – IPS / Intrusion Detection, IPsec VPNs, VPNs, Security Profiles, Firewall implementation
Able to read, write and analyse firewall policies.
Backup and restore of Network Security devices Firewall / Web Security / IDS/IPS /Endpoint Security Rule administration
Identify security incidents and support remediation activities
Plan and support for upgrades and changes for the firewall.
Very good communication skills.
